Land Rover Santana 1964 Series IIA 88
ABOUT
Built from 1961-71, the Series IIA is the epitome of quintessential British design.
These Series IIAs were sent from Land Rover Solihull as CKD (complete knock-down) kits,
meaning every component was originally manufactured by Land Rover and simply assembled by Santana in Andalucia, Spain.
Together, the partnership and use of CKD kits made it possible for Land Rover to expand their presence globally, establishing their brand as one of the most recognisable in the world.

STANDARD
Hinged front screen, wing-bonnet mounted mirrors, bonnet mounted spare wheel, internal adjustable bulkhead ventilation flaps, sliding front passenger windows, water/temp/fuel gage, speedometer, twin wipers, brake assistance
optional 4-wheel drive with free-wheeling hubs, indicators.

ADDITIONAL:
Fitted canvas hood with removable frame, original and galvanised aluminium jerry can with attachment, galvanised fuel cap fitted with padlock, rear socket (for trailers), car adaptor plug socket, rear benches (optional).

EXTERIOR:
This Series 2 has been finished in a unique Royal Blue colour code #057DCD. Done up in 2018 (engine bay and body), everything was stripped back to bare alloy, resprayed and assembled with new bronze bolts and screws.
In 2021, paint was stripped from the windshield frame, both front window and rear quarter panel sills and corner plates, and then galvanised to keep as close to the original build as possible.
